We also process limited technical and security information, such as browser or device information, request time, security-verification results, and a short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit identifier. Our inquiry record is not designed to store your raw IP address. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and similar technical data to deliver and protect the website.

We use personal information to respond to requests, provide requested product or business information, route questions to an appropriate authorized team, evaluate institutional or cooperation needs, protect the website from misuse, and maintain necessary inquiry records.

Depending on the circumstances, our legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating a secure website, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required for a different purpose, we will request it separately.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing communications.

If sensitive information is submitted unexpectedly, we will limit its use and delete it when reasonably possible, unless we are required by law to retain or process it.

We are located in China and serve international visitors. The inquiry database is configured for the European Union jurisdiction, while Cloudflare operates a global network. Authorized personnel in China may access inquiry information, and notifications may be delivered to our corporate mailbox.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers. You may contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

If an inquiry becomes part of a contract, service, quality, regulatory, safety, dispute, or other legally required record, the relevant information may be retained for the period required by the applicable record policy or law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transport, server-side validation, access controls, rate limiting, and Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect the website and inquiry form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Turnstile processes limited technical information to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. We do not use the inquiry form to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Children, updates, and contact

This website is intended for healthcare professionals, institutions, and business contacts and is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless retention is required by law.

We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date and version shown above identify the current notice.
